How do I restore my purchase?

Pinpin Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID. On a new device, or after reinstalling, tap Restore at the top right of the Pro screen, or open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it and that you are online.

Can I use Pinpin offline?

With Pinpin Pro, yes: every lesson and all audio are on your device, so you can practise anywhere. The free version needs an internet connection to start a practice round and to play sounds.

How do I turn off ads?

Buy Pinpin Pro. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it removes all ads for good. It also unlocks all words, pinyin typing, timed challenges, offline practice and dark mode.
